What you'll do
Working closely with the Global BTP Customer Success team Operations area supporting Consumption and Adoption efforts of BTP covering following aspects:
- Define and create cloud consumption journey
- Set up and plan Enablement / Empowerment programs
- Cross team collaboration with different Program owners
- Support with Operational aspects of day to day running business
- Provide assistance and support to CSP to identify Consumption opportunities
- Support with Data validation and follow up activities.
- Set up Process to identify, track and bring consumption risks to closure
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Technology
- Fluent English and ability to work across time zones in a multi-cultural team
- Independent works style
- Strong Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong customer service aptitude to support Stakeholders and Solution Area professionals.
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- General understanding of Business Applications, Cloud Computing, PaaS and SaaS Preferred
