We are building something that will inspire millions—and we need a visionary Video Editor with Motion Graphics expertise to help us tell these incredible stories through cinematic visuals and dynamic animations.

🎥 What You’ll Be Doing: 🎬 Editing cinematic-quality videos for our podcast, social media, and promotional content 🎨 Creating stunning motion graphics (intros, animated text, transitions, and visual effects) 🎵 Weaving in sound, music, and emotional beats to create unforgettable moments 📱 Designing short-form viral content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Twitter videos) 💡 Helping shape the visual identity of a brand-new movement

🔑 You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have: ✔ Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other pro editing tools ✔ A natural gift for storytelling through video (beyond just editing clips together) ✔ A strong understanding of social media trends & visual engagement ✔ An eye for detail—you know how to create seamless cuts, powerful transitions, and striking compositions ✔ The ability to work independently while keeping up with fast-paced content demands ✔ (Bonus!) Experience in 3D motion graphics or AI video tools ✔ Language: English (must), German (nice to have) or any other language proficiency

🤝 What’s the Commitment? 📌 This is a voluntary role for now, as we are in the early stages of launching. However, as we scale, we will be generating revenue through sponsorships, brand collaborations, ad revenue, and potential funding—opening up paid opportunities and equity options for our core team.
