leitspalt is a deep-tech startup based in Aachen, developing next-generation battery systems for mobility applications. Our patented cooling technology enables ultra-fast charging (<10 minutes) while reducing manufacturing costs by up to 20%, paving the way for more efficient and sustainable EVs.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a Working Student (12h+) to join the team for a minimum of 6 months.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• You have a hands-on mentality and an open, proactive mindset
• Ideally, you have already taken responsibility in a student initiative, project, or internship
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership
• You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English
• You have strong writing and presentation skills
• You are passionate about mobility, sustainability, and deep tech

YOUR ROLE

As a Founder’s Associate (Working Student), you will support the CEO and founding team in their daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the founding team with day-to-day operations and back-office tasks
• Conducting research on relevant topics (e.g., new battery technologies, market developments, competitors)
• Supporting with customer presentations, investor relations, fundraising preparations, and financial/strategy planning
• Helping to streamline processes and bring structure to a rapidly growing startup
