inframind makes energy infrastructure data-driven, automated, and future-ready. We develop AI-powered software solutions for distribution system operators and energy utilities.

Energy infrastructure is facing massive challenges: rapid expansion of renewables, heat pumps, and electric mobility while skilled labor is becoming increasingly scarce. We build data-driven systems that make grid planning, grid operations, and decision-making processes more intelligent, faster, and scalable. Our focus lies on AI-based analysis, data harmonization, and operational decision support.

Founded in 2025 out of the RWTH environment, inframind was created with one clear objective: ensuring that the energy transition does not fail due to slow processes.

The Role

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founders.

You will not operate within a narrowly defined task box, but instead step in wherever strategic leverage is needed most. This may include communication, sales, market analysis, organizational development, process design, or operational execution.

You will gain exposure to:

• Building a deep-tech company
• Working with energy utilities
• Fundraising and growth processes
• B2B product development

This role is designed for individuals who want to understand how companies are built — not just how to work within them.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong self-reliance
• Analytical thinking
• A structured and precise working style
• Strong communication skills (German & English)
• Curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred background (not mandatory): Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or similar.

More important than your exact field of study is this:

You think proactively. You take ownership. You do not wait for instructions.
