Position: Co-Founder & Electrical Engineer - Sustainable Energy Generator (Start-up)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Electrical Engineer to join our start-up as a Co-Founder. In this dual role, you will not only lead the development of the electronics for our sustainable energy generator but also play a pivotal role in shaping the overall vision and strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Co-Founder Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate with other co-founders to define the overall business strategy and vision.
   • Participate in decision-making processes related to funding, market strategy, and business development.

2. Electronics Design:

   • Lead the design and development of the electrical systems for the portable energy generator.
   • Create schematics, layouts, and specifications for the electronic components.

3. Integration of Renewable Energy Sources:

   • Integrate wind, water, and solar power technologies into the generator's electronic systems.
   • Optimize power conversion and storage mechanisms for maximum efficiency.

4. Prototyping and Testing:

   • Collaborate with the engineering team to build prototypes for testing and validation.
   • Conduct rigorous testing of electronic components and systems to ensure reliability.

5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

   • Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.

6. Research and Innovation:

   • Stay abreast of the latest developments in renewable energy technologies.
   • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the generator's electronic systems through innovation and research.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. (students are also welcome)

2. Experience:

   • Experience in designing and implementing electronics for renewable energy systems.
   • Familiarity with portable energy generation and energy storage technologies.

3. Skills:

   • Proficient in using design and simulation tools for electronics.
   • Strong understanding of power electronics and control systems.

4. Entrepreneurial Spirit:

   • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
   • Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and drive the company's success.
