We are a spin-off of RWTH Aachen University, which develops a special coating technology to enable recyclable plastic packaging for various applications. We are currently building a company that will significantly advance the circular economy for plastics in Germany and the world. For the support of our two founders, we are looking for a Founders' Associate (m/f/d).

Your Mission

• You support the founders with day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making
• You work as a generalist and independently take on tasks and projects at the interface of technology and business development
• You research and analyze the current market and competitive landscape
• You support our investor relations by preparing analyses, reports, and presentation materials
• You drive strategic special projects independently from concept to implementation
• You prepare for and follow up on meetings and internal events, ensuring consistent progress on relevant topics
• You support establishing scalable processes, structures, and internal tools
• You actively build contacts within the startup ecosystem, including maintaining relevant networks and further developing existing relationships

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in a technical field, such as industrial engineering or business administration with a strong personal technical affinity
• You have gained initial practical experience through internships or working student jobs, ideally in a consulting environment or at a startup
• You are a good communicator and confident when interacting with different stakeholders
• You think entrepreneurially and drive projects forward pragmatically
• You work independently and proactively seek ways to support the founders
• You have excellent German and English language skills

Hardly any material has as much recycling potential as plastics. However, this potential often cannot be fully exploited, especially in packaging applications. Our coating technology is a game changer for the recycling of plastics and the circular economy of packaging. In addition to packaging manufacturers and users, we were also able to convince the jury of the renowned EU EIC Accelerator Programme. Since 2025, the first products featuring our technology have been on the market. Our goal is to make the packaging industry more sustainable, to enable plastic packaging to be recycled and thus reduce the CO2 impact on the climate.
