Our mission: Enable manufacturers to reach zero-defect production with stateof- the-art inspection systems. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead implementation projects, shape our customers’ journeys, and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications Ideally a master’s degree in digital strategy or business-related study with a strong interest in AI software solutions and manufacturing.

• You have experience managing customer projects — ideally in industrial automation,
• manufacturing or related tech environments.
• Strong communicator in both German and English (mandatory), able to engage confidently
• with operators and C-level alike.
• Structured, hands-on personality with a passion for organizing complex processes and
• solving problems proactively.
• Technical affinity — you don’t need to be an engineer, but understanding how sensors,
• cameras, and production lines work excites you.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally Europe (approx. 20%).

What you’ll do You will work directly with the founder team to develop the business from an operative as well as strategic perspective. The activities will focus on the areas of operations, customer journey and strategic projects.

• Manage and execute customer implementation projects end-to-end: from kickoff and
• planning to on-site installation support and acceptance tests.
• Continuously analyze and improve the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience
• from onboarding to scale-up.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to maximize product adoption
• and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and engineering to
• improve our solutions.
• Organize and run customer training sessions and workshops on our AI inspection platform.
